Air fryer mexican burger tacos

Method

   Add the mince, garlic purée, cumin, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well

   Split the mixture in half and spread evenly over each mini tortilla

3. 3

   Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes

4. 4

   Add cheese on top, then return to the air fryer for another 2 minutes

   Finish with your favourite sauces and any extra toppings you fancy!
