All recipesPasta ClubBig Mac Pasta35 min 4 portionsView nutrition on NutracheckSave recipeJoin to planI cooked thisPrint cardIngredientsCooking for4350g 5% fat mince1 beef stock cube1 tsp garlic purée1 onion, diced2 tbsp tomato purée1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce500g passata300g dried pasta6 cheese slices1/2 iceberg lettuce, shreddedToppings of choice (gherkins, onions, sesame seeds, burger sauce)Method1Fry the mince in a pan until browned2Add the stock pot/cube, the lazy garlic and the onion and fry altogether3Next, add the tomato purée, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of black pepper and give it all a good stir4Pour in the pasta and a splash of water, mix together and let simmer for around 20 minutes until thickened5Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the packet instructions6Add the pasta and a splash of pasta water into the pan with the mince and mix well7Add two of the cheese slices to the pan and mix it altogether8Top the mixture with the remaining four cheese slices (so there is one on top of each portion)9Split the lettuce into four bowls, add the big mac pasta on top, add your choice of toppings (I used gherkins, onions and sesame seeds) and enjoy!#BeefComments Sign in to leave a comment.Be the first to leave a note.
