Bacon & mushroom pasta

Method

   Chop up the bacon and fry it in a little oil in a large pan

   Add the garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and some black pepper

   Chop the onion and add this to the pan with 150g mushrooms and the white wine, then simmer until reduced

   Add the chicken stock and simmer for around 15 minutes until reduced

   While simmering, cook 200g of fusilli pasta in boiling water

6. 6

   Add the cream and parmesan, stir well and bring to a simmer

7. 7

   Stir the pasta in to the sauce and serve!
