Satay Gyoza Noodle Bowls

Method

   Start by frying the bag of stir-fried vegetables in a pan with a few sprays of oil for a few minutes. Then, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic purée, and sweet chilli sauce, stirring well to combine.

   While the vegetables are cooking, boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and add them to the pan with the vegetable mixture.

   Add water to the mixture to create a broth.

   Cook the gyozas according to the package instructions. (I like to fry them for a few minutes on each side, then add a few splashes of water. Cover the pan with a lid and steam for a few minutes)

   Once the gyozas are cooked, place them on top of the noodles. Serve and enjoy!
