Butter Chicken Calzones

Method

   I prepared the curry in a slow cooker, but it can also be made in a pan, When you're ready to start cooking, add the chicken, onion, passata, tomato purée, spices, sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, and butter to the slow cooker. Mix well and cover with the lid Set the slow cooker to high for 4 hours (as I did) or low for 8 hours

   After the cooking time, add the cream, stir, and cover again for another 10 minutes

   For the dough, combine the yogurt and flour in a bowl with a pinch of salt until it forms a dough-like consistency, sprinkle a little flour on your work surface then divide the dough into four pieces and roll out each piece into a pizza shape using a little more flour if it's a bit sticky

   On one side of the rolled-out dough, add some of the butter chicken curry and mozzarella cheese. Fold over the dough and crimp the edges to create calzones. Place them on a baking tray, brush with a little oil, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown - once cooked you can brush with a little bit of butter and a sprinkle of dry parsley if you like

   Serve between four plates and dig in!
