Alternatively, you can use one large oven dish.5Bake the sausages in the oven for 10 minutes.6After 10 minutes, remove the dishes from the oven and evenly pour the batter into each tin before returning them to the oven.7Bake for 25 minutes, ensuring not to open the oven door until they are fully cooked.8Meanwhile, prepare the gravy by frying sliced red onions until they become soft. Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar to help them caramelize, then sprinkle in some black pepper.
