Christmas crumble

Method

   Add the butter, flour, 40g of the brown sugar and the oats into a bowl

   Mix the ingredients together with your finger tips until it starts resembling a crumble mixture

   Next, add the diced apples to a separate bowl with the cranberries, some more of the brown sugar (saving a spoon for later) and the cinnamon and mix together

   Place the crumble mixture on top of the fruit with a little more brown sugar, bake on 180 for around 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling

   Serve with ice-cream and/or custard and enjoy!
