Monster Mac & Cheese

Method

   In a large pan, melt the butter, add the flour and whisk together for a few minutes to form a paste

   Gradually start adding the milk, keep whisking and adding more milk until it started to thicken (this should take about 10 minutes)

   Now turn off the heat, add the mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper, the cheese, and the green food colouring

   Mix everything together until it's combined - if it is a little thick you can add a splash of water or milk

   Top with the mozzarella pearls and slices of olives to look like eyes. You can also make spiders with black olives, and ghosts with mozzarella!

   Then just place in the oven on a low heat to keep warm, and get the 'eyes' melted into the pasta!
