Put the chicken breasts in the bowl of a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper
Add the cajun seasoning, paprika, onion, peppers, tomato and garlic purée, chicken stock and crème fraîche in the slow cooker and give everything a stir
Cook on high for 4 hours
Shred the chicken up with a spoon or fork, then add the pasta, milk and water
Stir everything together and cook for another 20 minutes, until the pasta is cooked
Add the grated mozzarella on top and put the lid back on for a few minutes to let it melt, and serve
