Prawn Cocktail
Ingredients
- 200g cooked king prawns
- 5 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- The juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 4 wedges of lemon
- 3/4 iceberg lettuce, sliced
Method
- Mix the light mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper and lemon juice together in a bowl to make the sauce
- Divide the lettuce into 4 glasses/bowls
- Mix the prawns into the sauce and spoon onto the lettuce, serve with a wedge of lemon and enjoy!
