Poached Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil the kettle, pour about half an inch of water in to a deep frying pan
- Once the water is boiling, crack the eggs in to the pan
- Once the whites start to look cooked, put a lid on the pan
- After about a minute, or once the top of the eggs start to go white, spoon them out of the pan and on to a plate
- Season with salt and pepper, serve on buttered toast.
