Ingredients
- Handful of lettuce leaves
- 25g Medium Nando's rub
- 100g Chicken breast
- 1 Protein bagels
- 30g Lighter halloumi
- 1 Servings of perinase
- 1 Servings of chilli jam
Method
- Coat the chicken breast in the medium Nando's rub. Transfer to a pan with a splash of oil and fry off until the chicken is cooked through, remove from the pan and allow to rest
- Slice up the halloumi and add into a pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side, until the halloumi is nice and crispy
- Toast the bagel and slice up the chicken breast
- Top the bagel with some lettuce, the sliced chicken, halloumi, Perinaise and chilli jam and enjoy!
