Nando'S Chicken And Halloumi Bagel

Ingredients

  • Handful of lettuce leaves
  • 25g Medium Nando's rub
  • 100g Chicken breast
  • 1 Protein bagels
  • 30g Lighter halloumi
  • 1 Servings of perinase
  • 1 Servings of chilli jam

Method

  1. Coat the chicken breast in the medium Nando's rub. Transfer to a pan with a splash of oil and fry off until the chicken is cooked through, remove from the pan and allow to rest
  2. Slice up the halloumi and add into a pan. Cook for 2 minutes each side, until the halloumi is nice and crispy
  3. Toast the bagel and slice up the chicken breast
  4. Top the bagel with some lettuce, the sliced chicken, halloumi, Perinaise and chilli jam and enjoy!
