Ingredients
- 1 pack halloumi burgers
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 egg
- 75g plain flour
- 120g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 bag salad
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 pack frozen french fries
Method
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper
- Dip the halloumi burgers into the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs
- Double dip into the egg and breadcrumbs again if there's breadcrumbs left for extra crispyness!
- Airfry at 180°C for 8 - until the burgers are golden and crispy
- Load up your burger buns with salad, the burgers and mayo and sweet chilli sauce!
- Serve with french fries and enjoy!
