Crispy Halloumi Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pack halloumi burgers
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 egg
  • 75g plain flour
  • 120g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 bag salad
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 pack frozen french fries

Method

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper
  2. Dip the halloumi burgers into the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs
  3. Double dip into the egg and breadcrumbs again if there's breadcrumbs left for extra crispyness!
  4. Airfry at 180°C for 8 - until the burgers are golden and crispy
  5. Load up your burger buns with salad, the burgers and mayo and sweet chilli sauce!
  6. Serve with french fries and enjoy!
