Basic Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 150g porridge oats
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 heaped tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well
  2. Divide into 3 containers
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight and add any toppings you wish just before serving!
